Update: Qualtrics hosted a full video of our talk here.

Last week, BuzzFeed had the distinct and weird pleasure of headlining the employee experience component of Qualtrics x4, which I can only describe as the One True Conference You Should Be At. x4 works so well because they put marketing and selling on the backburner and focus on your experience as a client or prospie.

Lenke, my Chief People Officer, and I spoke about authenticity in experience programming. Just to get it out of the way, I made this post to share our last two slides with the attendees who didn’t get a picture. Here, take it!!!

I’m really happy with our talk, and happy to talk to anyone about the details!

The keynotes were pretty incredible. Some wisdom from the big speakers: Richard Branson taught us to give people a second chance. He told of how he wouldn’t fire someone even for stealing from the company because the second chance they get motivates them to new heights. Oprah taught us to be intentional in everything we do, asking “why do I want to do this” always. Obama is hard to put into one sentence, but I walked away stunned that he does not read press about him (!). If something is just fueling anxiety, avoid it, even if you’re running a nation. I immediately went home and muted Instagrams that don’t spark joy :)

Really hope to see you next year, Utah, and to any other conferences, hit us up!
